IHU Turkish Language Teaching Application and Research Center (İHU TÖMER) offers a language program aimed at helping students achieve proficiency in Turkish, in line with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) standards. The program consists of five levels, from A1 to C1+, and is conducted by experienced and specialized instructors. The communicative teaching approach provides individualized support for students, making the language learning process more effective and efficient.
Our face-to-face Turkish courses are offered through a student-centered Modular System. The courses are conducted throughout the year, comprising six modules, each lasting 8 weeks and totaling 145 hours. The modules are supported by various activities such as in-class interactions, group work, individual projects, and cultural events to develop language skills. The program aims to help students use Turkish effectively in both academic and everyday social contexts.
Our online Turkish courses are offered with a student-centered approach. The courses are conducted via the Zoom platform, with each module lasting 9 weeks and a total of 72 hours. The modules are enriched with practical content, interactive activities, and various online events to enhance language skills. The program aims to help students use Turkish effectively in daily life and social situations.
Turkish speaking courses, available both online and face-to-face, are offered in intensive modules lasting 5 weeks with either 20 or 40 hours of instruction. The modules are supported by practical content, interactive applications, and various speaking activities to enhance students' speaking skills. The courses are organized separately for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels, with the aim of improving students' speaking abilities.
