As part of “Bi Dünya,” İHU TÖMER’s annual event series that brings different cultures together, we embarked on a delightful journey through the world of coffee this year.
At the Bi Dünya Coffee event, our TÖMER students and instructors came together to explore coffee cultures from different parts of the world. From the traditional preparation and presentation of Turkish coffee to coffees from Yemen and Ethiopia, as well as the modern French Press brewing method, we discovered a different story and culture in every cup.
Bringing us together over coffee to discover different cultures, share conversations, and enjoy time together, the event once again highlighted how language learning at TÖMER extends beyond the classroom and is enriched through intercultural interaction.
