The Turkish Summer School, launched within the framework of the Turkish Maarif Foundation's 2024–2026 Strategic Plan to promote Turkish as an international language, will open its doors on 27 July.
High school students studying at Turkish Maarif Foundation schools, who have achieved at least B1-level proficiency in Turkish and demonstrated outstanding academic performance, will spend two unforgettable weeks this year at Ibn Haldun University’s Language Village in Yalova.

Led by the Turkish Maarif Foundation, the program is supported institutionally and financially by the Yunus Emre Institute and enriched by the unique facilities of Ibn Haldun University’s Language Village. This long-standing partnership brings together young people from different parts of the world through the shared language of Turkish, fostering intercultural interaction while strengthening their connection with Türkiye and Turkish culture.
Running from 27 July to 7 August, the program offers much more than classroom-based language instruction. It immerses students in a natural, social, and cultural environment where they can practice Turkish in authentic settings.

Bringing together 31 outstanding students from 19 different countries at the Yalova Language Village, the program enables participants to develop their Turkish language skills in a natural environment while building lasting international friendships.
At the end of the intensive two-week program, students' achievements will be celebrated during a closing ceremony, where they will receive their certificates.
By encouraging Turkish language learning among students of Turkish Maarif Foundation schools and contributing to the global promotion of the Turkish language, the Turkish Summer School promises participants an unforgettable summer and an inspiring learning experience.
