An unforgettable iftar event was held at IHU TÖMER, School of Languages, on 27.03.2024. The event started with a presentation introducing foreign students to Ramadan traditions from the Ottoman Empire to the present day. After the presentation, students reinforced their knowledge by playing the Kahoot game and the winners of the competition were given prizes. When iftar time came, our preparatory students recited the adhan and the participants were served paste and Ramadan sherbet, which is an Ottoman tradition. The event ended with the presentation of tooth cakes and created an unforgettable Ramadan evening for our students.
