On Wednesday, December 20, a fun field trip activity was held with our A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1 classes, accompanied by guidance counselors. After our students and teachers gathered at the school in the morning, we went to Taksim, the first route of our trip, by shuttle at 9:00. There, they visited Taksim New Mosque and had coffee and chatted at the book cafe at the entrance of the mosque. Then, our students went to Istiklal Street and had a wonderful walk along Istiklal Street, visiting historical places, Sent Antuan Church, cultural passages, popular cafes, taking photos and tasting street delicacies. After informing our students about the story and history of the Galata Tower, our students walked down the road from the Galata Tower to Kılıç Ali Pasha Mosque and then to Galataport, a unique sea view and culture and arts center. After visiting the cafes with different architectural designs on French Gateway Street in Karaköy, they had the opportunity to drink coffee and try different tastes with our students.
